LICENCE / VERSION 2026-10-28-v1
Your workspace.
For individual use.
This licence describes planned usage rights for the Uneasium kit. The product is in preparation and sales remain closed. Full sales terms will be published before launch.
Create and publish your own videos
The planned licence is individual, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may read the guide, copy and adapt prompts and files in your projects, use them with your agent and create your own videos, including for a monetised channel. Uneasium charges no royalties on these videos.
Keep the kit for your own use
You agree not to share, upload, resell, give away or redistribute the kit, in full or in a form that lets others access it. This includes the guide, prompts and original files provided. You may keep backup copies for personal use.
This restriction concerns redistribution of the kit. It does not prevent you from publishing videos created with the method.
Respect applicable rights
Original protectable kit content is covered by copyright. Its reproduction or communication without permission is governed in particular byArticle L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code (opens in a new tab). Statutory exceptions still apply; this licence does not claim ownership of a fact, idea or method.
Third-party software, fonts, media and other components retain their own licences. The restrictions on this page do not replace permissions granted by their owners. Check the rights and subscriptions needed for the elements you choose for your own videos.
Immediate access to digital content
Before a future purchase with immediate delivery, express agreement to begin delivery and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal must be collected and confirmed on a durable medium. These requirements are set out inArticle L. 221-28, paragraph 13 of the French Consumer Code (opens in a new tab). Accepting this licence alone does not replace these formalities or other statutory consumer rights.
The kit is in preparation. No purchases or preorders are offered on this site.
